We operate our own dedicated training academy facility in Kabul with certified classrooms, firing range facilities, and mock sally-port entry control simulators.
4-Stage Recruitment & Vetting Pipeline
10-Finger Biometric Dossier & Tazkira Clearance
Full digital 10-finger biometric capture, facial image logging, and validation of Afghan national identity cards (electronic Tazkira) through government registries.
Triple-Elder Character Affidavits
Every recruit must submit written character bonds and financial guarantees signed by at least two recognized community elders and the local police station chief from their home district.
4-Week Intensive Curriculum
Classroom and practical instruction in Rules on the Use of Force (RUF), human rights, de-escalation, firearms safety, walk-through metal detectors, vehicle search techniques, and firefighting.
Quarterly Requalification & Drug Screenings
Mandatory random toxicology testing, physical fitness evaluations, and quarterly live-fire range requalifications to preserve weapon handling mastery.
